About “The Theologue”
a voice crying in the wildernessOur Mission & Vision
My vision and mission is to be “a voice crying in the wilderness.”
We live in perilous times!
Many people claim to be Christians but the sad truth is that the great mass of those that claim to be Christians do not live any different than the enemies of the Truth.
There are many reasons for the present state of Christianity. Being a citizen and resident of the United States of America, my views are what I see here, although they may apply to other locales, particularly to western Europe and Canada.
Mission & Purpose
As a voice crying in the wilderness, you may find my views a little extreme. The state of Christianity in the U.S is pathetic. It is anemic. It is effeminate. It is weak.
This web site will attempt to counter my assessment stated in the previous paragraph. I am fully confident that “the gates of hell shall not prevail” against the Church. The Church is in no danger of disappearing. However, it is in danger of disappearing from certain locales. My mission is to do all in my power to prevent it from happening in my sphere of influence.
My Beliefs & Values
The Internet has given every Tom, Dick and Harriet the means to propogate their beliefs, be they reasonable and true or far-out wacky and spurious.
You, my reader, have a right to know where I stand on certain issues. After all, what I write may bring you closer to God or it may lead you astray. That leaves me with the responsibility to stick with absolute truth and, when it comes to spiritual matters, the only place where unimpeachable truth may be found is in the Holy Bible. That is where my feet are planted.
To give you a general idea, I will tell you that I am in substantial agreement with the following:
The Apostle’s Creed
The Nicene Creed
The Athanasian Creed
These are, for those who may not know, the three ecumenical creeds, formulated in the early days of Christian history. Ecumenical, as used here, does not refer to what is commonly called the ecumenical movement that is the binding force of disbelief so evident in the mainstream churches of today.
As time and strength allow, I shall provide more specific and current statements below.
On the Holy Scriptures
Of God and the Holy Trinity

Of Christ
Donec ullamcorper nulla non metus auctor fringilla. Duis mollis,
Of Salvation

Of Eternity
…and so on
Donec ullamcorper nulla non metus auctor fringilla. Duis mollis,.
“And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”
